2025 Encinitas Holiday Parade
Saturday, December 6, 2025 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Event details:
- Theme: “Peace by the Pacific,” celebrating the coastal spirit and culture of Encinitas.
- Parade route: The parade will travel south along South Coast Highway 101, from D Street to J Street.
- Tree lighting ceremony: Pre-parade festivities will begin at 5:00 p.m. in the Lumberyard Shops courtyard (located between H and I streets) with a ceremonial tree lighting and a visit from Santa.
- Free shuttle service: Complimentary shuttles will be available from two locations to transport spectators to and from the parade route.
- San Dieguito Academy High School (corner of Nardo Road and Melba Road).
- Ecke Sports Park/YMCA on Saxony Road.
- Road closures: Coast Highway 101 will close at 4:00 p.m. to prepare for the event.
